Kdo aplikaci provozuje

Lukáš Kořistka, info@lukaskoristka.cz. MakeIt backup zálohuje interní systém MakeIt malého týmu. Používá ji jen provozovatel pro vlastní Google účet; veřejnosti není určená.

K jakým údajům Google aplikace přistupuje

Jen k souborům na Google Disku, které sama vytvořila (oprávnění https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file). Ostatní soubory, kontakty, e-maily ani jiné údaje Google účtu nečte.
Pro přístup si uchovává přihlašovací token OAuth od Googlu.

K čemu údaje slouží

Výhradně k ukládání, kontrole a obnově záloh systému MakeIt: jednou denně nahraje novou zálohu, staré zálohy podle pravidel uchovávání maže a jednou měsíčně ověří, že jsou zálohy čitelné.

Ukládání a zabezpečení

Zálohy se šifrují na serveru provozovatele před odesláním; na Google Disku leží jen zašifrovaná data a heslo k nim Google nemá.
Token OAuth je uložený jen na serveru provozovatele, přístupný jen správci serveru.
Zálohy se uchovávají v rozsahu 7 denních, 4 týdenních a 6 měsíčních; starší aplikace maže.

Sdílení

Údaje z Google API nikomu nepředáváme, neprodáváme je, nepoužíváme je k reklamě ani k trénování modelů umělé inteligence a nikdo je ručně neprochází.

Používání a předávání údajů získaných z Google API se řídí zásadami Google API Services User Data Policy, včetně požadavků Limited Use.

Odvolání přístupu a smazání

Přístup aplikace odvoláte v nastavení Google účtu › Aplikace třetích stran. Zálohy smažete smazáním jejich složky na Google Disku. Se žádostí nebo dotazem se obraťte na info@lukaskoristka.cz.

Who operates the app

Lukáš Kořistka, info@lukaskoristka.cz. MakeIt backup backs up a small team's internal MakeIt system. It is used only by the operator with their own Google account and is not offered to the public.

What Google data the app accesses

Only files in Google Drive that the app created itself (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file). It does not read any other files, contacts, emails or other Google account data.
It stores the OAuth token issued by Google to keep access.

How the data is used

Solely to store, check and restore backups of the MakeIt system: it uploads a new backup once a day, deletes old backups according to the retention rules and verifies once a month that backups are readable.

Storage and security

Backups are encrypted on the operator's server before upload; only encrypted data is stored in Google Drive and Google does not hold the key.
The OAuth token is stored only on the operator's server and is accessible only to its administrator.
Backups are retained as 7 daily, 4 weekly and 6 monthly snapshots; older ones are deleted by the app.

Sharing

We do not share or sell data obtained through Google APIs, do not use it for advertising or to train AI models, and no one reads it manually.

The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access and deletion

You can revoke the app's access in your Google Account › Third-party apps. Delete the backups by deleting their folder in Google Drive. For requests or questions contact info@lukaskoristka.cz.
